TEC Chairs are an exclusive group of experienced professionals who are experts in leadership development and business coaching.
They lead their CEO peer
groups and provide one to one business coaching to top chief
executives and business owners looking to more effectively manage
the growth of their businesses, become better leaders, make better
decisions and generate better results.
A TEC Chair has three major responsibilities. The first is to act as a leader and facilitator for the group meeting day.
The second is to meet with each member every month for a one-to-one review and coaching session. Together, the chair and member identify key issues, opportunities and priorities for each member's organisation.
It is also every Chair's responsibility to keep their group full, being actively engaged in identifying, meeting and reviewing possible member candidates that will be a great addition to the group.
A Chair may lead and inspire one group of Chief Executives and Business Owners, or may even lead a second group of KEY Executives that report to the CEO and are looking to become better leaders. The Chair's skills and experience enable them to keep members accountable and groups dynamic and productive.
