Career & Achievements: A TEC Chair since 1997, Gordon also runs a consultancy in Strategic Human Relations, having created a unique method of facilitating the development of strategic plans and inspiring all the employees to be motivated towards achieving those plans.
Gordon assists international and Australian privately owned companies in the fields of leadership, strategic planning, facilitation, sales training, and negotiation in the sale of the company.
He started his career as an auditor in local government in the UK before a career change, where he took on the roles of Sales Director and General Management functions, in both the UK and Australia, providing leading edge computer technology to a wide variety of companies and government bodies across some forty countries.
Education & Associations: Gordon is a graduate in accounting, law and economics from the London School of Economics and is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
Publications & Contributions: Publications include 'Change - An Opportunity in Disguise'. Gordon is also contributor to public seminars in Europe and Australia on the subjects of strategic planning, leadership, recruitment and team building.
