Biography:
Career & Achievements: In a diverse career Mike has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of organisations. The span has included large scale food and pharmaceutical, through to privately owned small to medium manufacturing and service companies. Mike has, himself, initiated two successful start up ventures in the provision of people management services.
His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, corporatisation and privatisation of Government owned business enterprises and the development of outsourcing arrangements. Mike has also been the organisational design advisor to firms wanting to manage growth and start-up operations or wanting to rationalise their operations.
A high proportion of Mike's work has involved unionised work forces and he has an enviable reputation for achieving successful outcomes and relationships.
Mike's history has included board level roles in public and private companies as well as the general management of a global outsourcing business he jointly developed with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
