Leaders in the small to medium enterprise community are
yet to wholeheartedly endorse the federal government's recently
introduced National Employment Standards (NES).
The latest voice of dissatisfaction are members of The Executive
Connection (TEC), a global organisation of chief executives.
TEC asked 79 of its NSW members if they thought the changes
would improve productivity in Australia and found that only 28
percent said they would. TEC has about 12000 chief executive
members, the majority of whom are owners of SMEs.
