Senior Management professionals are urged to get their
registration in for The Executive Connection's complimentary KEY
Leadership Forum, to be held on November 26th 2010, for their
chance to become better leaders.
Traditionally only available to those companies whose senior
executives are existing TEC members, the KEY Leadership Forum will
open its doors to second-tier management in non-TEC member
companies. Due to popular demand from existing members, The
Executive Connection is offering access to non-member companies
with a view to starting a new KEY Executive group in December
2010.
"This is an opportunity for senior executives to enhance their
personal and professional development in a supportive atmosphere so
they are better prepared and more capable as a Managing Director or
CEO when their times comes," TEC Chair and pioneer of the program,
Keith Brooks, said.
The complimentary session on 26 November will include a
presentation by one of TEC's esteemed speakers and information from
TEC Chairs and members.
National Director of Digital Media for PR agency, PPR, Dena
Vassallo will provide guests with insights and hands-on tips to
harness the power of social media for business enterprise. Guests
will also have the chance to hear from and meet with existing KEY
Executive members and TEC Chairs.
"TEC has completely changed my perspective on the way I view the
business and my role; TEC is bringing about significant
professional and personal growth. TEC challenges me to think
differently and it keeps me accountable," says Matthew Cook,
Operations Manager of StairLock an existing KEY member.
The New KEY group will follow the existing three-pronged format:
Members meet once a month with up to 18 senior executives from
non-competing businesses to experience a half-day hands-on workshop
with an esteemed TEC speaker, followed by an Executive Session
where members use peer support to address business challenges.
In a separate session members can elect to meet with their TEC
Chairs for a monthly one-to-one review where key issues and
opportunities are discussed in depth in a confidential setting.
"This program offers members unparalleled opportunities to
challenge their performance in their existing roles whilst
preparing them to take on additional responsibilities," Keith
says.
