2011/03 - Copeland Industries Reinvents Itself

LONSDALE plastic pipe maker Copeland Industries has reinvented
its business to widen its customer base in agricultural,
construction and mining sectors, Innovate SA said.
"Innovate SA and The Executive Connection have both provided us
with invaluable entrepreneurial skill development as well as
networking opportunities with like minded business owners
helping to expand our thinking in terms of growth into new
markets," Copeland managing director Peter Mew said in a
statement.
Copeland had expanded after rejigging its plant to make a
stronger PVC pipe not not seen in the Australian market for 20
years, CEO of Innovate SA, Greg Boundy said.
