2011/09 - All TEC Day a huge success amongst SME Business Leaders
September 12, 2011
The first All TEC Day (ATD) in Perth today was a great
success, with a sensational presentation by TEC speaker Marcus
Child on how to lead an engaged culture.
More than one hundred members of The Executive Connection (TEC) in
Western Australia attended this year's first All TEC Day, which was
part of a nation-wide business forum run by TEC for the benefits of
its 1,200 CEO and senior executive members.
Leadership and corporate culture expert, Marcus Child, discussed
the steps to creative positive corporate culture, providing a
unique perspective on change management, goal setting and work life
balance.
Delivered in his unique, energetic style, Marcus used case studies
and anecdotes to demonstrate the power of positive corporate
thinking and shared practical and effective tools for
organisational change.
Members left the workshop fully engaged and ready to create a
positive change in their businesses and their personal lives.
"Marcus' presentation is engaging and thought provoking. The
content is practical and highly relevant to business and personal
aspects of members' lives," said John Beech, 7-year WA TEC
Chair.
The next ATD is in Brisbane, on the 14th of September, followed
closely by Adelaide (16 September), Melbourne (19 September),
Sydney (21 September) and Auckland, NZ (23 September).
