KEY Executive Membership
The KEY Executive program is designed for the personal and professional development of senior executives. TEC provides the tools to become a change agent and strategic leader. With better leadership skills, KEY Executives can help move their company towards a successful future.
KEY Groups are for senior executives who support the chief executive and as such improve their own development and that of their organisation by exploring similar issues and opportunities as their chief executive, within a different group and from a different perspective.
Increasingly, KEY Executive members come from organisations where the CEO is not a member of TEC, but recognises the value of a continuous development programme to keep their senior executives learning and improving. In the video below, some of our CEO members talk about the value they get from the KEY Executive program.
KEY Executive members meet monthly in a group of up to 18 senior executives from non-competing businesses. Each KEY group is managed by a TEC Chair, an ex CEO with broad business experience who acts as coach and mentor and understands the challenges of being a senior executive.
TEC speakers present half-day hands-on workshops on topics that meet the specific needs of the group. For the rest of the day, members discuss specific issues or opportunities they may be facing, for the group to brainstorm and guide next steps.

During this session, any member may raise an issue or opportunity and the group will share their ideas and experiences. The group does not make decisions; that is always the responsibility of the member. The process provides a wide range of alternatives for any issue, enabling each member to draw on the many years of business and personal experience within the group.
