TEC Roundtable members are chief executives, managing directors and business owners of emerging companies from non-competing businesses that have an annual turnover generally in the range of $1.5 million - $5 million.
Each TEC group is managed by a TEC Chair with broad business experience and the ability to act as coach and mentor for CEOs at the highest level. The majority of TEC Chairs are former CEOs who understand the special issues which CEOs face, whether running a small company or large, public or private, local or international.
TEC Roundtable members meet once a month for a half day meeting, where the members bring issues to the group for discussion and feedback. Quarterly, TEC speakers present hands-on workshops on topics selected by the group's TEC Chair in consultation with the members.
In addition, TEC Roundtable members meet individually with their TEC Chair for a one-hour monthly one-to-one review where key issues and opportunities are discussed in depth and in confidence.
In a separate session, TEC members also meet individually with their TEC Chair for a monthly one-to-one review where key issues and opportunities are discussed in depth in a confidential setting. TEC Chairs offer insights and support, and they challenge each member to improve their performance, holding them personally accountable for implementing business solutions. The unique bond and trusting relationship that members develop with their TEC Chairs allows them to engage in candid conversations about business issues, life balance concerns and more. This singular focus on the member's specific issues results in unequalled opportunities for professional growth and greater peace of mind.
